Meet the Founder

Rick Burcham, Founder & Managing Member
Rick is a retired executive and bi‑vocational pastor who has spent his career bridging business and technology—translating between stakeholders and IT teams to solve complex operational challenges and deliver results.

As a bi‑vocational pastor at Sparta First Baptist Church since 2005, Rick brings a servant‑leadership mindset and a deep commitment to integrity and care.

In the business arena, Rick led global infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and service delivery as Director of IT, Infrastructure & Operations at CECO Environmental Corporation, after earlier roles in applications analysis and custom software development. He began his professional career practicing bookkeeping and taxes. This blend of hands‑on accounting systems experience and enterprise IT leadership gives BurchamWorks its unique edge: we understand the numbers, the people, and the technology—end to end.
